Policy Statement

Compliance with Laws: We adhere to all applicable anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws and regulations, including:

The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 (FCPA) in the United States.
The Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act (CFPOA) and the Criminal Code in Canada.
The Anti-Bribery Act, 2010 in the United Kingdom.
The EU Convention against Corruption aims to fight corruption involving EU or Member States’ officials.
Zero Tolerance: We have zero tolerance for any form of corruption. Bribes, kickbacks, or unauthorized payments are strictly prohibited.


All personnel must be aware of situations that may violate this policy.
Employees are responsible for ensuring compliance with anti-corruption laws.
Managers must lead by example and promote ethical behaviour.

Identifying Risks

Personnel should be vigilant in identifying potential risks related to bribery and corruption.
Report any suspicious activity promptly.
